Remember that every single business does only 4 main things. Sure you may have to do some accounting and bookkeeping. But if you are in the business of providing a service, especially a financial one, you really only have to do 4 things with your time.
1. Market to find new deals or people to send deals to you.
2. Sell the deals to interested buyers.
3. Provide the service.
4. Engage post closing.
Anything else you are spending time on is a waste of time.
