You know the mortgage and real estate businesses are full of people that “fell into” the industry. Rare is the person who went to college with the goal of being a Loan Agent, Processor, Underwriter or a Realtor.
By itself that is not a bad thing. But the byproduct of this is that people who have fallen into the industry are not always motivated to “kill it”. They more often are under motivated. That is where substandard service can start. Too few in this business are A players. This may be why.
As the calendar flips to 2015, realize that if your goal is to get “A” level results, as mine is, you need “A” players on your team ASAP!
