So after all the talk about interest rates, mortgage loans, the housing market, the debt ceiling, the Federal budget crisis, qualifying etc. one thing is for sure.
Nothing happens until you pick up the phone!
I call at least 30 people a day. No exception. I’ll do it today. I did it Friday, if I am in the office, 30 calls are getting made. I may not always know what I am talking about. But I’m talking.
