If you are in the market to buy a home and don’t have perfect credit, you can still get approved. Don’t get me wrong, we have not returned to the old days of “if you can fog a mirror” you can get a mortgage. However, if you are moving past a rough patch, generally pay your bills, and your credit score is over 600, you can get a mortgage through my company, Gateway Funding.
